Michiel Nijhuis

CEO
Since January 2024, Michiel has been CEO of LFH and a ZBG Board Member. Michiel has spent a significant part of his career at Global Food Holding, where he played a crucial role as CFO and served as the right hand to the company’s founders. Previously, Michiel also worked at Grassy Creek family office, and most recently, he was CEO at BartsParts. He holds an MSc in Business Economics from the Rotterdam School of Management.

Alexander Villaverde

Chief Operating Officer
Alexander has been a member of the ZBG management team since 2013, where he oversees Operations. Prior to ZBG, he held various roles in sales, strategy, and marketing in different sectors. He has extensive experience in initiating and handling transactions, both on- and off-market, and also holds board positions at ZBG portfolio companies.
